How We Treat Acne

To initially treat acne, we have to look at the cause as well as treat the bacteria that is behind most of the painful eruptions. On your first appointment we will ask alot of questions and find out whats behind the condition! Stress, Hormones, over cleansing and exfoliating, wrong products are usually the cause! But we will find out.....
We will do a deep clean to the skin, protecting the barrier and then we are able to get in and treat the bacteria.
Once the bacteria issue is dealt with and the skinis storng and healthy , the breakouts and inflammation will start to settle.
This will then help to stop further scarring and the existing scarring will start to heal and fade.
Home treatments as well as nutrition are all part of healing or reducing acne. Sadly its often not a quick fix and we require you to work with us at home to get results! Our fav treatments are LED, Dermapen 4 (yes we treat active acne) and Synergie Peels, Carbon facials.
